These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and the Accreditation Commission for Integrative Sciences (“ACIS”), including its credentialing and accreditation divisions—the International Board of Trichology & Holistic Medicine (“IBTHM”) and the Accrediting Council for Holistic Trichology & Herbal Sciences (“ACHTHS”)—collectively referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

 

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Code of Ethics, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, govern your access to and use of aciscommission.org (the “Website”), including all content, functionality, and services offered through it, whether as a guest, applicant, or registered user.

 

By accessing or using the Website, or by clicking to accept these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms may, at ACIS’s sole discretion, be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another comparable arbitration body.

 

Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the arbitration venue selected by ACIS and agree that the arbitration decision shall be final and binding.

 

Waiver and Severability

Failure by ACIS to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Code of Ethics, and Terms of Sale, constitute the entire agreement between you and ACIS, superseding all prior understandings.

Certification and accreditation are voluntary, non-governmental recognitions and do not establish a license or legal authorization to practice.
